How to avoid skin spots

Como evitar las manchas en la piel

The good weather arrives, and with it the exhibitions and sunbaths.

We love to tan and absorb that vitamin D that the king star gives us, but not so much the spots that produce us in our skin.

But what is the tan?

Well, nothing more and nothing less than the fruit of the action of melanin, pigment that is activated to absorb ultraviolet radiation and thus protect us. We could call you the natural answer our skin has before the sun.

With age, that melanin does not act in a homogeneous way and hence hyperpigmentations are located in some areas, what we usually call spots.

The spots are very frequent in people who are usually exposed to the sun.

The good news is that we can avoid them, if we make responsible exhibitions.

We will name a guidelines that will help us prevent stains:

We must be responsible and say no to overexposure.

Avoid sun exposure over 12 to 16 hours.

Avoid sunbathing after hair removal, since the skin is more vulnerable.

Do not use perfume if you are going to expose yourself to the sun.

Use hat, sunglasses and garments that tape up high sensitivity areas.

Check that cosmetics are applying, we must avoid those formulas that have active ingredients that may cause photosensibility.

Use high spectrum sun protection daily, not only in the summer, but throughout the year, it will be the best option to avoid premature aging.

Light textures are recommended that do not obstruct pores, and frequently renew it every 2 or 3 hours if we are in prolonged solar exhibitions.

Currently our formulas have intensive treatment assets while protecting you from the sun.

We must choose a 30 or greater sun protection factor, so that it is really effective against the ultraviolet type A and type B. There are options that facilitate the day to day, such as the cream of Maystar SPF 50 color sunrise factor, while protecting you give a uniform tone to your skin and you can do without makeup.

Another option is to include foods that help us prevent these hyperpigmentations, such as food with high concentrations of antioxidants, which will help us protect the skin and thus avoid premature aging, in that list we can name the tomato, Carrot, pumpkin ... as well as in blue fish we can find essential fatty acids, which will help us maintain skin elasticity and hydration.

Enjoying the sun in a responsible manner is giving you well -being, health and beauty to your skin.
