PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS

In compliance with articles 27 and 28 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you of the procedure for the online purchase of our products:

The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon; The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item and the price in euros (taxes included). The price expressed does not include transport as the rates vary depending on the country of destination.

The order form will request your personal data, which will be added to our database in order to be able to process the order and to make it easier to make new purchases at MAYSTAR SKINCARE.

Our website has means for the detection of errors in data entry: You will be warned that the use of certain punctuation marks is not allowed and you will not be allowed to proceed with the transaction if you do not enter your email address, password and alphanumeric captcha. Non-observance of these parameters will be detected by the system as an error and you will be prompted to correct them in order to complete the process.

Once the purchase order is completed, a summary will be presented identifying the item purchased, its total price (including shipping and taxes) and shipping information. The order must be confirmed by clicking on the "Accept Purchase" button. Purchases must be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and 4B). Other forms of payment will not be accepted. We do not file the electronic document of the contract, however, you will be able to access your personal data and the information of all your orders; in fact, once the transaction is confirmed, you will be informed through the web page itself of the order number so that you can track it at any time.

Subsequent to the contracting and automatically an e-mail message will be sent to you, as an acknowledgement of receipt, with a description of the order and the personal data that have been communicated; The non-reception of this message may be due to some transitory problem of communications on the network or a typing error in the e-mail address communicated. You have the possibility of choosing either the Spanish or the English language for surfing the web and proceeding with the purchases, formalizing the contract in the chosen language.

If at the time of placing the order, our warehouse detects that there is no stock of any of the products included in the order, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, the amount of the overcharged item will be refunded in a few days.

Method of payment and security

With the aim of providing the maximum security to the payment system, MAYSTAR, S.L. uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce. In this sense, the confidential payment data are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.

With the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, MAYSTAR, S.L. reserves the right to verify the personal data supplied by the customer and to adopt the measures which it may deem appropriate (including the cancellation of the order) so that the purchased merchandise is delivered in accordance with the data which appear in the order.

Shipping

The transport of items purchased at MaystarShop will be carried out by a courier company and will be delivered within approximately 7 to 10 working days.

In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility to find someone at home, etc.), it is essential to fill in the corresponding form correctly, being advisable to fill in the box related to the contact telephone number.

The price of transport is calculated according to the country of destination and the items purchased.

The exact price of the transport will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping bag and will appear on the page summarizing the purchase before the confirmation of the order through "Accept Purchase" and before the introduction of the data of the credit or debit card.

Shipment of orders to military bases or P.O. Boxes will not be possible.

Shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. Such change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

Maystar is not responsible for the costs of clearance and customs in the country of destination in Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra and non-EU countries.

Exchanges and/or returns for the European Union

If upon receipt of the purchase you are not satisfied, MAYSTAR, S.L. allows its exchange or return within a term of thirty (30) days, counting from the date of its receipt, provided that the product has not been used, unsealed or damaged. Thus, MAYSTAR, S.L. will not be able to accept exchanges or returns of damaged or used products or products without their original packaging, as long as it is not a manufacturing defect or the product is in bad condition.

In order to carry out a return exchange, you will have to fill in the form on the web site indicated for such purpose.

Exchanges and/or returns by post

The return for refund of purchased products may be made by regular mail. All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the return form duly completed.

Once the product/s have been received, MAYSTAR, S.L. will verify the defect indicated and will proceed to send the product as a replacement, and will also request the corresponding credit institution to proceed to charge back the credit card used if the return for reimbursement has been requested. The shipping costs of the products which are to be exchanged or returned by post will be borne by the customer, and under no circumstances will MAYSTAR, S.L. accept returns sent carriage forward.

In the case of returns by mail, we recommend sending by registered mail or return receipt requested.

In the event that MAYSTAR, S.L. has sent by mistake an item which is different from the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not the right one, MAYSTAR, S.L., once the error or the defect has been verified, will pay the proportional part of the shipping costs (round trip) corresponding to the defective product after having asked the customer for proof of the return shipping costs.
