Returns
Maystar allows the exchange or return of purchased products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, unsealed, tampered with or damaged. No exchanges or returns of damaged or used products without their original packaging will be accepted.
The return for refund of purchased products can be made by regular mail.
All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the return form duly completed (Download here). Upon receipt of the product(s), Maystar will verify the defect indicated and will proceed to send the replacement product.
