The breasts are the most delicate part of a woman's body. Over the years they are affected by breastfeeding and hormonal changes, causing them to lose firmness and stretch marks appear.
Exercises that can be performed at home to prevent sagging breasts
Palms: Bring your palms together in front of your chest with your elbows away from your body. Touch your chin with your fingertips and exert some pressure for 20 seconds. You can repeat the exercise three more times.
Stretching arms: A very effective exercise is to sit with your back straight in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Take two weights of about 2 kilos each and stretch your arms upwards. Count to three and lower your arms to chest level. Do three sets of eight repetitions with a 30-second rest between each. The exercise can also be performed without weights.
Weights: Grasp the weights and lift them to shoulder height, in front of the chest. The elbows should form a 90-degree angle to the sides of the body. Hold the position for five seconds and slowly lower to the starting position. Do three sets of five repetitions.
Push-ups: Facing the wall, place your feet hip-width apart and place your palms shoulder-width apart. Arms should be straight. Slowly bend your elbows, doing push-ups without moving your hands from the wall. When you get as low as possible, count to three and come back up. Do ten repetitions, with a one-minute rest between each one.
Cold water massage: take advantage of the last few minutes of your daily shower to massage your breasts with cold water. If you do it every day you will notice them much firmer.
